Service Description

Reiki is a Japanese energy technique where an emphasis is placed on the body's natural ability to heal its self. The client remains fully clothed for the session while they lay on the table, the practitioner gently places their hands in various positions on the body and head, tuning into the different subtle energy centres or fields within or outside of the body. The goal of a Reiki session is to help bring balance and flow of our "ki" or energy in the body, leaving you feeling centred in body, mind and spirit. Assistance of smudging or crystals may be used -with your consent- to enhance the outcome of your Reiki session.
