This time length is designed for the experienced massage client or someone who has a couple areas of their body in need of some serious work. This offers ample time to treat the whole body while spending some extra focus on those troublesome areas, and really honing in on the soft tissue dysfunction in a wholesome way. You could also opt for a more focused treatment. It all depends on where you're at on that given day!
