-Frequently Asked Questions-

Do you offer direct billing to insurance or benefit providers?

Yes! Currently we can direct bill to a total of 42 different insurance providers. If this is a service you wish to use with us, simply bring your extended health insurance card from your benefits provider and a piece of ID with you to your first treatment and we will take care of the rest.

Some things for you as the client to look into before using direct billing are:

- Some insurance companies may require a doctors prescription for massage before allowing direct billing. This may required annually or only once.

- It's always a good idea to look into your annual maximum coverage for massage as well as the maximum allowed per visit.

How often should I receive a massage?

It’s recommended to receive massage every 4-6 weeks for regular maintenance. More frequent massage -weekly to biweekly- when trying to heal from an injury!

It's always a good idea to book your next appointment before you leave to ensure you receive your desired day and time for your treatment.
Be proactive with your health, your future self will thank you for it!

- Clients are required to wash their hands upon entering the location. Hand sanitizer will also be available.
- A mask is mandatory for both the client and therapist. If you don’t have one, I can provide you with one. 3 ply medical grade masks are preferred!

- Due to the nature of the treatment being in an enclosed  space for an extended period of time, I will ask that you the client as well as myself wear a mask at all times when you are indoors.
- 1 hour minimum is scheduled between clients to do a fully sanitize of any and all surfaces that may have been contaminated and to reduce cross over in foot traffic of clients.
- Please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment.
- Preferred contactless payments of e-transfer or direct billing. A digital receipt of the service and transaction will be emailed to you.

Is tipping expected for my massage?

No, tipping is never expected but is always appreciated for service based work! This is a high service cost so if you have the desire and means to leave a tip for your therapist, there is no right or wrong amount we just simply thank you for the consideration.
