Freedom Flow Wellness is a home based business located in the heart of NW Calgary, tucked in the community of Dalhousie. Please know the health and safety of clients is a priority during the COVID-19 pandemic & we have procedures in place for the benefit of all.
Appointment availability is Monday to Fridays with start times of 12 - 7pm, starting on either the hour or half hour.

Offering personalized treatments for every body type, we will create a treatment plan designed for your dynamic body! Using massage as our starting point, we may also incorporate a variety of techniques to fit your needs. We always take a holistic approach in treating your affected areas of concern, while keeping in mind the entirety of your body as a whole functioning system.

I happily welcome those who are health conscious and are looking to include massage as part of their wellness maintenance routine, people affected by minor or major injuries or those who simply want to relax!
It’s important to take control of your health. Massage is a great way to be proactive and take preventative measures in your physical well-being and help you feel good in your day to day life, giving you freedom to find your flow!

These two cuties are the friendly resident house cats, Ruby & Goji.
They mostly keep to themselves lazing about, but you may encounter them while here for your treatment.
It's worth noting that they aren't allowed in the treatment room, however, they are something to consider if you have allergies to cats.

Christina Erikson
My massage practice began in 2012, and since then my practice has evolved through a variety of work environments and continuing education accomplishments. From a young age I’ve maintained an active and holistic lifestyle, always holding a keen interest in how the human body moves and functions, which was the perfect alchemy leading me into massage therapy. It has since opened the door to other modalities and continuing education opportunities. Combining these with my personal interests elevates what I can offer to you as a client by creating an integrative experience to assist on a deeper level.
I have been blessed with the opportunity to work with and treat a variety of different clients: children, adults, elderly, prenatal women, professional & hobby athletes, and those affected by minor or major injuries (including motor vehicle accidents, whiplash and pre or post-surgery clients). I have experience in helping people with the management of chronic issues such as arthritis, migraines, postural dysfunctions, TMJ, and SI joint issues. Many clients have also expressed a dramatic decrease in their symptoms of stress, anxiety, insomnia or depression after receiving a massage, energy treatment or guided meditation. When you feel good in your body, you feel good in your mind.

I do not take it lightly when a client trusts me with the care of their body. It is an honour to join a client's personal healthcare team and I will do my best to ensure they are taken care of. Being thorough with each client is something I pride myself in and I look forward to working through any new challenges that may arise. There are so many unique variables to being human, including work & home life, hobbies, sleep, and posture. Taking all of this into consideration, I strive to offer a personalized treatment for you each and every time.
With my love for massage & desire to help others, my work is driven by the improved quality of life that my clients express after having their sessions with me. I look forward to assisting you on your journey in becoming the most healthy, happy, and balanced version of you!
